Equitable Development Action (EDA) is committed to fostering equity and inclusion by supporting providers licensed under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245D. This project is designed to empower providers with the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to deliver exceptional care to individuals with high behavioral needs while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
The 245D Chapter Compliance Support Project is a one-time initiative to build the capacity of minority providers delivering intensive support services. We aim to enhance their ability to comply with state regulations, provide high-quality care, and support individuals with complex needs.
